Refund and Return Policy

At Guangzhou Lingfuxiang Technology Co., Ltd., we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (No-Reason Return)

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please note: For non-quality related returns (e.g., "changed my mind"), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. 1-Year Limited Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty on all our home and building material products (including fans, mattresses, and sofas).

  • What's covered: This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

  • What's not covered: Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, negligence, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at josephfisher123@dubbinfurniture.com. Please provide your order number and photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
