We offer two tiers of shipping to meet your needs. Please note that shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Note: For oversized items (such as large sofas or mattresses), delivery times may vary slightly depending on local carrier schedules.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during peak shopping seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier's portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Guangzhou Lingfuxiang Technology Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Shipping Issues

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team at josephfisher123@dubbinfurniture.com within 48 hours of delivery.Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
